We look forward to every guest enjoying our events. With that in mind please be respectful of others and their right to enjoyment. Here are a few HELPFUL TIPS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION to make your event experience the most incredible it can be!

DRAMA FREE ZONE: Please be courteous and respectful at all times.  We create events for people to have a great time and meet other people. Treat other guests and the Venue with respect.

DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! The Denver Police force will be out and looking for drunk drivers. We create hotel parties to keep you safe.  Otherwise there will be plenty of public transportation.

HOTEL CHECK IN

You may check in to the hotel beginning at 3pm the day of the event.

WILL CALL REGISTRATION

You will be able to pick up your tickets starting at 4:00 p.m., day of the event at the entry to the venue.

Don’t forget your ID!  Every person must check in at Will Call with their valid ID.

This is for Colorado Liquor Laws.  No person will be allowed into the event without it.

Wrist Bands will be put on at the time of you check in.  Wristbands are water proof so do not worry about them holding up while you get ready for the night of festivities.  They must be worn at all times or you will be asked to leave the event.

Confirmation Email will NOT work at the door.  Only a valid ID and Credit Card the tickets that were purchased with will allow you to pick up your tickets.

Please be patient! The General Admission line is usually the largest around 8:00 pm. We will process everyone as quickly as possible but please be patient; early check will allow you to avoid lines and is to help alleviate waits at the beginning of the event.

Parking

Valet offered at the hotel for $15! If you care to park yourself please find space in the following lots:

The Triad Lot – From I-25 head west on Orchard and turn right on Greenwood Plaza Blvd, it’s straight ahead.

Marilyn Hickey Ministries Parking Lot –  From I-25 head west on Orchard and turn right into their lot just off the highway.

Orchard Light rail Station Parking lot - From I-25 head west on Orchard and turn right on Greenwood Plaza Blvd and following the circle to the right to the Orchard Station on the right.

Still haven’t found childcare for NYE?!

The Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club is hosting New Year’s Eve Overnight for children ages 3-13!! Drop off at 7 pm, activities, countdown and breakfast in the morning included, pick up at 8am, all for $80/child even if you’re not a member!

By using your ticket to gain admittance to event you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Indemnification:  Attendee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Kevin Larson Presents, its members, staff, sponsors and Venue harmless of and from all loss, cost, expenses, or damage with respect to any injury to person or property of any kind.

Force Majure: Kevin Larson Presents shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance under this Agreement due to a cause beyond its reasonable control. “Event of Force Majure” includes: acts of God and the public enemy; flood, earthquake, tornado, storm, fire, civil disobedience, labor disputes, labor or material shortages, or sabotage, restraint by court order or public authority (whether valid or invalid). In the event of such delay, Kevin Larson Presents has the right to make reasonable attempt to provide something similar style and value. Date for reschedule will vary based on original event preparation.

Refunds: There are NO refunds for any reason.

Prices for events go up 25% day of event so make sure to purchase your ticket in advance!
